Summary of Job Description:

The Senior Warehouse Clerk is responsible picking, packing, and shipping store orders.  This position assists with pre-packing inventory kits, performs inventory counts and quality control for incoming goods.  This position helps to coordinate and execute container loads/ unloads, mass shipments, and new product rollout. The Senior Warehouse Clerk supports the Warehouse Assistant and Operator in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse, following all warehouse policies and procedures.


You’ll get a chance to:

  • Pick, pack, and ship store orders accurately and on time. 
  • Process walk-in and customer pick-up orders accurately and on a timely basis. 
  • Receive, unload, palletize quality controls all domestic and international inventory deliveries.
  • Assist with pre-packing inventory kits (e.g., “new store kit,” etc.).
  • Take inventory physical count and informs the Warehouse Assistant or Operator of low-inventory items.  
  • Replenish inventory items daily.
  • Clean and organize the warehouse. 
  • Maintain and update records of pallet location for both warehouses.
  • Provide shipping and logistical support to all departments. 
  • Including set up, execution and tear down of mass shipments, rolls outs and company events. 
  • Provide customer service in-person and through phone calls and emails to Operations and to SC associates related to the mailroom and warehouse in timely and courteous manner.

Your background and experience: 

  • High school diploma required
  • Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings.
  • Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position.

Pay Range S2: $22.50 - $28.50 / Hour
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
